how does ordering work?
pick your mood, choose a size, add it to your cart and check out. your shirt is then printed specifically for your order in Hamburg.
where is the shirt made?
our shirts are made from super-high-quality organic ring-spun combed cotton in Portugal, then printed and shipped from Hamburg.
what does the fit feel like?
an intentionally roomy, oversized unisex fit. choose your usual size for the intended look. if you prefer a neater fit, consider sizing down.
how should I care for it?
wash inside out at 30°C, skip the dryer where possible and don’t iron directly over the print. gentle is good.
part 2 / shipping & returns.
where do you ship?
for launch, we ship within Germany only.
how much is shipping?
tracked DHL shipping within Germany is €4.90 per order.
when will my order arrive?
your order is usually produced and delivered within 5 to 8 working days. once DHL has your parcel, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking.
can I change or cancel my order?
if something changed, use the online cancellation option as quickly as possible or email hello@moodshirts.club. once production or fulfilment has progressed, a change may no longer be possible. your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
can I return a shirt?
yes. you have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal. direct return shipping costs are paid by the customer. please use the online withdrawal option or email us before sending anything back, so we can help you match the return to your order.
what if something is damaged, defective or incorrect?
not ideal. email hello@moodshirts.club with your order number and, where useful, photos before returning anything. your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
